In case you didn't know what a minister is, here's a brief explanation: A minister is a volunteer, who dedicates his/her time and effort to make FortuneCity a better place. Ministers are here to help fellow residents with any queries that they may have, or just for a friendly chat. A minister is assigned a specific district to monitor. He/she is responsible for maintaining and updating the Area HQ of his/her district. Ministers surf through the district to make sure everyone's homepage is within FC Guidelines.
